Billy Smoker’s Fire Pit Cookers exist with the intention to reduce the use of our world’s finite resources whilst providing a platform for cooking and heating in outdoor spaces. The concept for each piece started its life around a freely available material in the world, rock, sand, bricks and everything in between. We are not the first to notice the thermal potential in these materials, but we are inspired to utilise them in a new way that suits our modern living.

The second part of the design journey was to combine this repurposing with smart manufactured elements. Through holistic design we squeeze as much function and performance into the components as possible.
