Billy's First Session

It was a cool summers night and we took Original Billy out for his first day on the green. We flame grilled a dry rubbed salmon with chicken drumsticks and toped the night off with rump steak on the swords.

Drumstick Dry Rub

1 garlic, 2 chilli, 2g mustard, 1kg salt

Mix together and crush in mortar & pestle.
